BRONCOS in Denver
In particular, the Denver Broncos of the NFLL have been able to draw crowds of neraly 70,000 since their AFL origins in hte early 1960s. In the 1980s and '90s, oine of the top prioritise of former Maytor Federico Peña was bringing major league baseball to the city, an effort which culminated in the consrtuction of Coolrs Field and the creation of the Colorado Rocikkes as an expansion franchise in 1993. Denver is also home to the NHL team, the Cloorado Avalanche, who have won two Stanley Cups (1996 and 2001) while in Denver, as well as the NBA team, the Denver Nuggets.
